  • Is My Item Covered?

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the goods. We are not responsible for damage or defects caused after receipt. If goods are lost or damaged, contact us immediately and do not use the goods.

All goods are quality checked, photographed, and catalogued after final processing.

These terms do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, statutory implied terms as to title of goods, fraud, or any liability not permitted by law. Our maximum liability for physical damage to your property through our negligence will not exceed £100.00. In other cases, our total liability will not exceed the price of the goods and services related to the claim. We are not liable for business interruption, loss of use, data, profits, contracts, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Refunds are generally issued for products that are unused and in resalable condition. Refund requests should be made within a reasonable time frame after the purchase, and the product should be returned following our return procedure. It is important to note that if a customer changes their mind or finds the item unsuitable for their preferences, the Consumer Rights Act does not confer an automatic entitlement to a refund. Any refund in this case is entirely at our discretion.
